Label
Sticker sheets that print themselves
SKU and QR labels on Avery 5160/5163 sheets, collated by room, with a reprint-changed-only filter after a repricing. Never watermarked, any tier — they sit on your client’s goods.
Back office for estate-sale, tag-sale, and senior-move companies.
Photograph a house room by room — offline — and TagLot drafts the catalog, prints the QR labels, runs your markdown sale day, and writes the consignor settlement. You keep Square and cash; we just keep the record.
Free is one full sale — 100 AI-drafted items, no card, no countdown.
Start tagging on your phone today — no app store needed.

One arc, from the front door to the settlement statement.

Walk the house room by room and shoot every item. No WiFi needed — capture runs entirely on the device, hundreds of items deep.

AI drafts a title, category, condition, and a suggested price for each item, with its reasoning. You review and accept — nothing is priced until you say so.

Print sticker and QR labels on Avery sheets, collated by room. Never watermarked — they belong on your client’s goods.

Scan or search to pull up any item at today’s markdown. Mark it sold at the real price in two taps. Running totals as the line moves.

Generate the consignor settlement — sold items, commission, fees, net — as a share link or PDF that reads like a bank statement.

The parts of the job that eat a week — captured, catalogued, and closed out. Every screen here is the real app.

Capture
Dead-WiFi houses are normal. TagLot captures the whole house on the device — room by room, hundreds of items — and syncs when you’re back on signal. Never a spinner, never a lost photo.
Works with zero bars

Catalog
Photograph an item and get a drafted title, category, condition, and a suggested price with the reasoning behind it. It’s a suggestion with a name tag — nothing is priced until you accept, and you always set the final number.
You review every draft

Sale day
Set the markdown schedule once — 25% off day two, 50% day three — and every lookup shows today’s price. Search or scan a tag, mark it sold in two taps with a ten-second undo, and the running total reconciles to the taps you made — all of it offline.

Label

Crew
Owner, manager, and sale-day staff roles. Your crew works the floor in day-of mode and sees the lists, never your margins — that line is built in, not a hidden button.
Yours
Every item, sale, and settlement exports as JSON or CSV on every tier — no cut of the sale, no per-item meter, and leaving is a button, never a support ticket.
The white-glove finish
Close the sale and hand your consignor a settlement statement — every sold item, your commission, itemized fees, and the net — as a link or a PDF that reads like a bank statement, not an app screen.
TagLot records the money; it never processes it. No card fields, no cut of the sale. It lands on the executor’s or attorney’s desk with your name on it — and that is where the next job comes from.

The covenant

Why we built it
TagLot is built by Ardeo Labs LLC — a small, independent shop. We built it because the tag-sale trade runs on paper, dead-WiFi houses, and a settlement scribbled at the kitchen table, and none of that had a tool that respected it.
So the rules are simple and they're in the product, not just the copy: the core works offline on every tier, we record the money but never touch it, and your catalog exports free, forever. If it hands you back a weekend, it's earning its keep.
