The code arrives by email in a minute. Check spam, confirm the address, resend.
TagLot has no password. Each time you sign in, we email a fresh 6-digit code — nothing to forget, nothing to lose.
Signing in is rare, though. Once you are in, you stay signed in on this device until you sign out — most days there is no code at all.
The code usually lands within a minute. If it has not, check your spam or junk folder first.
Make sure the email is the exact address on your account, spelled right. One wrong letter sends the code somewhere you cannot see.
Every code works once and expires after an hour. If yours is old, tap Resend and use the new one — sending a new code turns the old one off.
Tapped Resend and saw “Too fast — give it a few seconds and try again”? That is normal. Wait about a minute, then resend.
The email should hold a 6-digit number. If you got a link instead of a code, that is a setup problem on our end, not yours — reach us from Help and we will fix it.
