Messages you might see, and what to do

The exact words TagLot shows when something needs a second — and the fix for each.

TagLot writes in plain words, so most messages tell you what to do. Here are the ones people ask about, word for word, with what each means.

“Too fast — give it a few seconds and try again.” You asked for a new sign-in code too quickly. Wait about a minute, then tap Resend again. Nothing is broken.

“That code didn’t match. Codes expire after an hour.” The code you typed is wrong or too old. Tap Resend, then enter the new 6-digit code from the latest email.

“We couldn't send that code — check the email and try again.” We could not email a code to that address. Check the spelling and your connection, then try again.

“Online billing isn’t set up on this environment yet.” Checkout has not been switched on for your app yet. That is a setting on our end, not a problem with your account — reach us from Help.

“Queued under a different sign-in — it’ll sync when that account signs back in.” Some work was saved while a different person was signed in on this phone. It is safe: it syncs on its own when that account signs back in.

“The server refused this change — retry after updating the app if it persists.” One change could not be saved. Tap Retry in the sync sheet. If it keeps happening, make sure you are running the latest version of TagLot — reload it if you use it in your browser, or update it if you installed it.

“Access denied — ask your owner to restore access, then retry.” Your access to this workspace was removed or changed. Ask the owner to restore it, then retry the sync.

“Your browser blocked the share window — allow pop-ups, then try again.” On the web, sharing a settlement opens a new window. Allow pop-ups for TagLot, then tap Share statement again.
